1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across the United Kingdom. If you are local to the Hull area, we recommend choosing collection at checkout to avoid shipping delays and costs.

2. Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be completed and dispatched.
We will notify you once your order is ready for shipping or collection.

3. Shipping Options & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service.

  • Standard UK Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Local Collection (Hull area): You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Collection details will be provided in your confirmation email.

4. Delays & Peak Periods

During busy periods (e.g., holidays, team kit launches), production and delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering well in advance when possible.
